Calm Relaxing Tea

Today’s tea is valerian based. This is normally an ingredient of sleepy tea, for bedtime. The weather here was ok during the day, but we had a windy wet evening.
My exercise class is becoming an offshoot of the songsters as we continue to enjoy singing as we exercise.
