Flutterby Butterfly

The buddleia has just flowered and as I loll on the swing seat underneath its branches I am surrounded by dozens of butterflies fluttering around me. Most prolific are the gorgeous Peacocks.

According to this article in The Guardian the warm summer has helped boost butterfly numbers.

I'm playing around with the complicated camera again.... focussing is my bete noir....
