Storm Darragh

Fingers, and everything else, crossed, but we seem to have escaped the worst of Storm Darragh!

We got the bus into Keswick...quite breezy and rainy...but not too bad!

The blip is a familiar view of Derwent Island  and Catbells...plenty of water in Derwentwater.

On New Year's Day at 11am 500 people will be taking a dip at this very spot, raising money for Calvert Trust ( outdoor adventures for disabled people ) with hot chocolate and cake afterwards!
