Silly Saturday in memory of Admirer
A selection of puns found in our crackers at the Church Landway Allotment Association Christmas lunch today. A smaller number than in past years, but a nice group of people to spend the afternoon with.
As Darragh did its thing outside this morning I wrote nearly all my cards while Susan was busy with cleaning and ironing.
By the time we’d worked our way through a large dinner we were ready for a walk in blustery, cold weather with spatters of rain now and again.
We were fortunate in the SE. By all accounts some of you had it pretty bad. Hope all is safe and sound.
The Railway ran a full service today. I’m at Tenterden Town signalbox tomorrow but I think we’ll be OK with the weather.
