Putting us on a pedestal.....
Back in June Rob and I decided to get ourselves 3D printed at the size of Crimbletown figures so we can actually be part of the village this year.
We had it done at Modelu in Bristol. It took just a few seconds to be scanned by (I think) 140 cameras and then a week to get the model and about 6 weeks to have it painted and returned to us. We're chuffed with the result and Rob had us waiting at the Station for the train in the filming he did today.
Today's culinary experiment was Brussel Sprouts in Orange and Ginger. I got the recipe from a "Good food" magazine. I steamed the halved sprouts for 5 minutes and then fried them in a mix of orange zest, freshly grated ginger and butter, and then chucked in the juice of the orange and some soy sauce to glaze them. They were delicious!
