After the ceremony

The funeral went very smoothly.  First a mass at the Catholic church Jack's sister had attended all her life, then a short service at the crematorium.

After the service was over a large family group and friends went to a nearby golf club where we had lunch.  It was a noisy, friendly event. Jack is the oldest member of the family. He is called Uncle Jack by everyone!  The photo shows Jack chatting with his eldest nephew who organised the whole day.
Jack and I went back to our hotel for the evening.  We were very tired!
