Decorating the Tree

At my daughter's house the Christmas Tree is up and lighted.  Next to go on is the balls, souvenirs, and keepsakes.  
     
     I can remember when we were the young ones doing this task while the older generation sat and watched.  At the time I felt sorry for them... but now I understand.
