In Hollywood Avenue

After an afternoon during which we went to the Plant Barn, and we both worked away in the garden, I went for a shorter than average walk. Got my pulse rate and body temperature up. On the way I passed a clump of irises in the front corner of a property in Hollywood Avenue. I liked the way that the background was made black by focussing on the flower.

The extra shows the back yard which was dealt to yesterday by Mr H with his weed eater. He has worked out how to protect his right arm and hand, helped by the wrist splint he wears. It is still rather tough, but looks much better and is easier to walk on.
