The Taste of Summer

With Storm Darragh finally subsiding having felled a branch from the tree in the garden and wiping out several fence panels I felt that a reminder of some comfort food from our summer holidays was needed. 

This is the closest I've come to home made chocolate mousse I've come across, but alas with Brexit not available in the UK.
