On A Good Day

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

The Prince was telling me about the rules of a team golf competition he is playing in this weekend. He often clocks when I have mentally checked out of these conversations. The giveaway is normally my request for him to stop telling me!

He laughingly said “I know you’re completely disinterested in my golf chat, or more accurately, uninterested.”

“Maybe ambivalent?”

“No, you’re definitely not ambivalent about it.”

“I’d say I’m ambivalent on a good day.”

“You mustn’t have many good days then!”

He might have a point…although he still tells me!

The Youngest Mini Princess came home for the night. The Prince was out at his work Christmas do so we had a very chilled evening, chatting and watching our guilty pleasure, The Rookie. Murphy made his feelings on YMP being on HIS side of the sofa quite clear and wouldn’t settle until I moved to the other sofa with him!

All that time he’s put into training me has really paid off for him!
