LISTING TO STARBOARD

I had to take this through the windscreen from the retail park car park as I'd already tried to get out of the car for a blip and been - literally - soaked to the skin within two minutes and had decided that the camera wouldn't survive being taken out of its bag. The HMS Trincomalee is tightly moored in its dock but has still been blown to one side by the storm.

I then drove home dripping, and had to change into dry socks and trousers. Last night my sister A1 and I had decided that it probably wouldn't be such a good idea to stick to our plan of meeting halfway across the country today for coffee and cake, which is sad but the right decision I think!
