Juvenile Bosham swan

We were going to run 10 miles this morning. The awful weather was a good reason to abandon this plan. Instead the four of us made a trip out to the local garden centre to look for a pot to replace one that was a casualty in the storm overnight. Then we went to Bosham to visit the wee shopping arcade - and blip swans in the mud.

Meanwhile, just a few miles away, Xander played with his car car (extra).

The rest of the day we have hunkered down indoors with chocolates, biscuits, and cups of tea provided at regular intervals. I have used some of this time to catch up with Mummy hazelh admin tasks. The sisters have agreed on the next steps of the Mummy hazelh accommodation plan - at least for now ;-)

It's wonderful to relax and be looked after by our nearest and dearest.
