More complex than I expected
Every time I've made wreaths before I've always just used ivy wrapped around the willow frame. Now I know why! It turns out to be much more fiddly and time consuming to tie on conifer clippings.
Despite that, we made up two wreaths; one for my gran and another for my parents. Both were gratefully received and they do smell amazing. Ironically, we just reuse our old sparkly pine cone and fairy light wreath every year. It must be nearly 15 years old by now.
We also put up the tree and H and D decorated it. And, we ate our first mince pies of the season - a Paul Hollywood recipe apparently and they were the nicest I've had for years.
Mystery Post it note at the Drill Hall in extras.
