I made a big effort today to get moving about more. I did lots of hoovering and dusting before I took Archie out. And I tried to walk a bit faster, and not dawdle all the way as per usual.

JR is in full steam ahead thinking about Christmas, and what food to order. Although she herself is not quite in top firm. She cancel led the gym again today, and by the end of the evening she was losing her voice.

We made a few Thai nibbles for Hazel coming over in the evening. Jings! Rice paper rolls are fiddly!

We haven’t seen Hazel for ages, so it was great to catch up with her news. And she kindly sat through our holiday photos.
