Another Place

After a quick look for the ring necked duck at Taylor Park (seen, but did not photograph as the light was rubbish), we took a little drive over to Crosby Boating Lake and beach for a snack and a walk. 
We've been here a few times in the past couple of years but I don't think I've ever blipped any of the "Iron Men" on the beach that make up Antony Gormley's "Another Place" installation.  It's been there since 2007 and consists of 100 life-size models based on his own naked body, spread out over two miles of sandy beach. The wind was quite strong today making it quite chilly, but nothing like a couple of days ago. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't very busy with people at all. 
The light was quite variable but I didn't take many photos as I had hubby with me. I definitely need to go back on my own ;)
