Quiet Day Activities

I'm relieved to say I'm on the mend today and more upright but taking it easy under Tony's orders!

So a few gentle house jobs this morning and an afternoon of my Christmas jigsaw and Lego set.

Whilst horizontal yesterday I came across and watched one of those smashing British films we do so well. Look out for 'The Last Bus' with the wonderful Timothy Spall but do have the Kleenex to hand. Then last night when I couldn't sleep for coughing, I watched another of our excellent actors, Mark Rylance in the quirky loosely based on true story, 'The Phantom of the Open'. The trouble I have with Rylance, even in Wolf Hall, is that I think of The BFG whenever I see him.
