U-turn

The tractor was out today, preparing the fields for winter wheat.

It has turned decidedly chilly and did not get much above 15C today and was 9C by the time we came in for tea. From mid-October onwards we are allowed to make bonfires and burn off all the plant prunings, fallen branches and twigs from around the finca and any other debris.  We had a grand time doing this today. It is one of my favourite "chores".

And now for a log fire in the lounge!
