A day in the life

Evening lights

This is a true emergency blip, taken around five in the afternoon. The sun sets by a quarter past three, so it's dark. My iphone camera does its best to make it look lighter than it is. I've been preparing for tomorrows recording session and have done little else.

Yesterday I bought some led lights for my stone wall, to make my entrance more clear and inviting. Once it's dark, if you come walking from the main road down the hill, you can't really see much at all. The row of lights further down are led-strings I put up around the edge of my shed, to give my neighbour some direction on where she is going. The new lights really help to draw the contours of where the stone wall is and they even light it up slightly.

In the far distance you can see the street lights of Kalmar across the sound and in the middle, even the bridge is visible, now the leaves are gone from the trees.
