What’s Left

A few petunias and, in the background, the hummingbird favorite, cuphea. There is also the occasional rose, a few confused irises, and some salvia. Still a lot of color for a December garden. Errands and a little bit of knitting and boom! the day is over. Time to turn on the lights on the pear tree out front—I get a big kick out of pushing the button on the remote.
