Devonport

After a brief meeting with other friends at a cafe, R and I headed to the local ferry terminal intending to travel to Auckland City Centre. However we had been told about Devonport and when we reached Auckland on the first ferry we decided to catch another one to Devonport, where we spent a pleasant few hours wandering around. Our visit took us up North Head or Maungauika, from where this blip was taken, showing the Auckland skyline across the harbour.
We had a quick snack then had about 15 minutes in Auckland before catching the ferry back for meal out with John and Sue in Howick.
