SAD light
It’s that time of year when there is more darkness than light. We stave off these “wintertime blues” (Seasonal Affective Disorder) with light therapy, using a SAD light. For a half hour a day in the early evening we sit with this light on and play a game together. This therapy can be done either in the morning or evening. We find that evening works best for us, just before dinner.
