Dirleton Solar Walk

This morning we went to the open of this new venture. A group of teachers, scientists and the community from a nearby village have put in place a wonderful walk which has the planets marked out along it in their appropriate distances [ to scale obviously[ from the sun. It was actually quite mind blowing! And a nice walk which takes you from Dirleton Green to the Walled Garden Cafe in Archerfield.
The above image was Jupiter's way place and in the extras I have added a photo showing the distance from Uranus to Neptune - Neptune is on the wall of the garden which you just see in the distance to the right of the frame  behind Martin and Dan. Really interesting :)
