A morning spent at the Ophthalmologist, uveitis down but pressure up so new medication.
Afternoon at a farm meeting with this lovely farmer who was very eloquent in his description of what he does and why. The speaker was not me for a change but a company called Pasture for Life. I wasn't impressed.
