Make a positive difference

Make a positive difference, stencilled on a wall.  I came across this statement today in my travels, I have possibly walked past this many times without noticing it because I usually walk along the pavement on the other side of the street.  Today for some reason I decided to cross the road and walk along the opposite pavement, and that was when I found this.  Maybe I need to cross the road more often.
