Old friends

I was at primary school with two of these ‘gals’, grammar school with three of them (fifty years ago) and uni with all of them! Plus Pam, the photographer.

We met up for lunch but missed one of our cohort, who was having a post-‘lumpectomy’ consultation. We’re getting older, but we’re all grateful to still be here. Lunch was in the piano bar in the famous (for Northern Ireland) Europa hotel. Festivities started with a glass of Prosecco and continued in a jolly mode after that. I’m grateful for old friends.
