Things are improving
Ten hours sleep last night! I don't think I've slept that much since I was a toddler. This virus or whatever has been lurking since the weekend did wipe me out.
I certainly had a better day with more energy and I have managed to eat more, though I still haven't got my appetite back and my tummy is stil not 100 %.
I intend to be back at work tomorrow, all being well.
