Fireside Glow

No real opportunity for photos today.

Mrs I helped me take a car load of garden waste to the council tip.

A new experience, we now have to book a slot online. And take proof of ID.

But it was good. The booking system was easy, we arrived on time and the guys helped us unload the car.

All very satisfactory.

Back home I gathered logs and chopped kindling, lit the fire and walked the dog. Not all in that order but needless to say it has been a good day.

Mrs I has produced a delicious evening meal. Slow cooked lamb, veg and roast potatoes. And gravy. And mint sauce.

I could eat it again....
