Seeds, with Love

We were recently given an envelope of seeds from a dear friend. They came with a story. 

Our friends Mum died last year, and in her garden were some impressive hollyhocks. Before the house was sold, it was the right time to save some of their seeds and we were gifted a number of them.

Whilst I just photographed them with tiny in mind, the only sense of scale I can offer is that in just over a year they will be two metre columns of pink flowers.
