SECOND ATTEMPT TREE

Bought a tree at our usual place.
Got it home - it was CRAP.
Wonky,
hacked at,
bits of blue tape holding branches in place to hide gaps
Losing needles all over the place....supposed to be non-drop....dreadful !
Looked at the label, it was a different supplier than in the previous 6 years.
So this morning I

* called the vendors back and complained
* arranged for a full refund
* arranged for said tree to be collected by their transport
* went to buy a new tree direct from the suppliers we usually buy from !!!

It was just right !
