Guest for dinner

Four of my girl friends and I were trying to have a get together before Christmas and in the decision of which restaurant we should go to, I made the suggestion we get take out and come back to my house.  I had a full schedule today and would not be able to get a dinner prepared for them, but thought it would be better than trying to find parking and visit in a noisy restaurant.  They loved the idea and are making it as potluck, so it all worked out.  I am home and have set the table, a few more preparations and I am ready for them in an hour.
