This is a road with a double yellow line just next to student doctor accommodation! Probably six out of seven times the infringements are not noticed but then “pow”, you have a not inconsiderable parking fine! Glad I was on shanks’s pony! Do not know where the expression comes from! I should look it up! Any guesses?
