A stitch in time
I had my first ever Skin Check last week, this was another part of our work Health Surveillance in response to a request from the field staff. The exam was very informative and I would certainly recommend it, I had a 15mm lesion identified on my left shoulder, this information along with a photo was sent to my GP who cut it out and sent it to the Lab. The result is it is a benign Mole and nothing sinister. As the saying goes a stitch in time (4 stitches) saves nine. The skin check identified a few follow ups, a great investment ito staff welfare.
