Butterstreusel

Last Friday I bought two Butterstreusel. 
Came home, stored them along with a breadloaf in the oven (best place for storing bread and dry cakes).
Ate the bread in the meantime,  but forgot or was overseeing the Streusel (or they were hiding in the depths of the oven). 
Rediscovered them today. 
A (big) testbite after the discovery (blip). 
A little dry perhaps, but perfect with a cup of Chai after lunch.
The extra sugar shock was exactly what I needed today.
