Great costume!

Like most people, we have collected tree decorations over years and years. Here is one that I have just put on today. This super little Bavarian boy was bought in Oberammergau where there are wonderful workshops full of Christmas ornaments of all kinds.

A number of years ago now we went to Munich for a few days just before Christmas. We were really there to see the Christmas markets, but on one day we went on a coach trip out into the Bavarian mountains. We saw the magical castles covered in snow and we spent time in Oberammergau. This was the decoration we chose. Every time I get him out I remember where he came from.
