IMHO at least.

I've had an indoor day today trying to arrange insurance and a parking permit for my new car which I'm collecting tomorrow, all being well. I think I've succeeded with the insurance but the parking permit might take a few days to come through by the looks of things. That will be inconvenient but I can live with it.
