Foggy...

It's a very quiet and misty day out there...but the temps have risen, so that's kinda good.

Had a massage treatment with Rae this morning, she is being so helpful and attentive to my ongoing back issues....after the treatment, which was rather unpleasant, i came home and laid on my heating pad for 45 minutes.  this situation is getting very boring i have to say:(   but of course i have so much to be grateful for - and things could be so much worse.   So all in all i'm laying low and counting my blessings.
