Winter Flowers

I spotted these flowers on a bare tree, possibly shrub might be more accurate. No leaves just flowers, and the only ones in the nearby park.  I think it might be called Arrowwood, and is part of the Viburnum family.

It was a pleasant surprise on a dull and cold day.
