A wall of (plastic) flowers
Another grim day dahn sauf. Relentless grey cloud and thin mizzle falling from it. Today’s blip is the only bit of colour we saw. A veritable jungle of plastic flowers in that classy emporium known as Homeland.
We walked into town for a bit of shopping and lunch, then walked home. That bit was successful at least.
The evening was better with the Marmite Uke Christmas jam where we played and sang some 25 Christmas songs with various degrees of incompetence. Festive fare was consumed at the mid jam break.
Thank you for your comments on yesterday’s journal. I used up all my reserves of interesting information to today you’re left with rather more mundane stuff.
