White squirrel
No rain today. We went to the Bedgebury pinetum, a collection of conifers. Nice walk around the pinetum with lots of colours even on a grey day. We stopped for a coffee and disappointing overpriced flapjack and then headed off for a walk on one of the 10k running trails. We realised that we probably had to stride out as the site closed at 3.30 for the Christmas light show. We did spot goldcrests, little grebes, tufted ducks, a little mouse and this white squirrel. I just managed to get a few long range shots before it disappeared in to the tree tops.
Walked down to the village later to post our Christmas cards, buy more stamps and have a stop at the pub. Pub was empty and a bit cold so we only stayed for an hour or so.
