Another day, another hammer

I split my day between sewing and fluting.  W did some work in the garden - he fitted the final door on the polytunnel.

Mid afternoon I was interrupted from my activities by a phone call from our door fitters - they had the bits of wood ready, to finish off around the door.  They turned up 30 minutes later, and have done a decent job of finishing off - we just have to sand, paint and varnish.

In the evening, I had band practice.  When I got home, W had not needed to switch on the fire in the lounge - it's lovely to have a warm house again!
