Remembering summer

I have turned my dried hydrangea heads into a Christmas ornament with a few lights around it. I really don’t like the winter and It seems a long time to wait for the longer evenings but the shortest day will soon be upon us.  Such a miserable, drizzly day today and it never really got light. Charity Christmas Lunch today and the £120 raised will go to the local hospice.
