The Postman Never Rings Once

Well this is a pretty rubbish blip. I'm not even sure if it meets the brief for a transparent Abstract Thursday. The idea was to wait until the postman arrived and then get a photo of him through the window of our front door. I didn't however allow for the postman being shortish and the door window being high relative to the outside, so rather than a flash of his red uniform all you get is the top of his head. Once I get an idea though I have to be true to myself and carry it through. 

You can see the moment I got the shot in the extra from the doorbell camera. He never rings the bell, he's a knocker man.

I've been to Witney this afternoon to collect mrsfb who went on the bus this morning for a hair and nails day. She has red nails now, with some snowflakes. They've got to be a blip one day soon. 

I popped into Sainsbury's while I was there to get some things we can't get from Ocado. There seems to be a drinking chocolate shortage at the moment. Nowhere has any, not the brand we are after anyway.
