Santa dash day

Mel asked me last night if I could take Ada to school and of course I said yes. I love doing it. She was dressed in her Santa dash clothes. She has a kindness elf and today he gave her a bell. She asked me if I believed in Father Christmas I said yes of course so she rang the bell. She doesn't know until later tonight but she is off to see him in Lapland tomorrow. Mel decided not to tell her or her excitement would be off the scale. 
I had a lovely morning in school. I've had a lovely quiet afternoon, reading and napping.
