MM568 Results / upcoming MM569

Busy day today and the room my computer is in will be out of action most of the day so I thought I'd backblip one of my film photos (flowers of course, it's a Friday) and get the Mono Monday results out now.

But gosh, it’s always so hard choosing! Lots of lovely urban scenes, play with reflections, window framing, festive spirit, gorgeous night scenes, and even one of my beloved street libraries. I got to visit so many interesting places, but what I love best of all in street photography is the human element (ie exactly what makes it so challenging).  And since it’s my party I’ve skewed the results strongly in that favour! (I’d highly recommend putting your hand up and having a go at hosting – it takes your enjoyment of blip to a totally new level) ….

Next week (MM569) the theme is MOVEMENT (another subject I struggle with). Play with this theme however you’d like – I was envisioning some ICM (Intentional Camera Movement), panning, motion blur, action freeze; you can find some tips and inspiration here
