Attingham

A visit to Attingham, beautifully dressed for Christmas.
Many thanks to the lovely helpful staff & volunteers for the seamless transfers to Tramper buggy & wheelchair - not forgetting the main man Himself, for driving & pushing :)

At last I'm feeling SO much better, now taking meds that are helping with the debilitating nerve pain I've had the last 10 weeks. The back is stiff & weak, as is my leg & hip but hopefully if the nerve pain is under control I can work on both. 
I've read that 95% of prolapsed discs can heal with the right physio & exercise. Just hope it applies if you have three...I really want to avoid the surgery option. Nerve block first - if needed?
