Finished

I finished this book today and I have enjoyed it. It's somewhat different and  I liked that about it.
It had me interested from page one right to the end.
We've been cleaning windows, doors, shutters and porches today.
Next door's work has been ongoing from 8am to 5pm with a lot of noise but not as noisy as yesterday thank goodness. Mostly banging today. It appeared to be plaster-boarding and skimming works. It seems to be a bigger job to replace the log burner than was expected. I don't think they will be too happy as they have had all the Christmas decs up inside for weeks. Hope this log burner of theirs works well and doesn't send smoke down into our lounge like the other one did!
