Christmas cinnamon loaf

I thought I would try something different for our final market of the year. This is it, a Christmas cinnamon loaf with raisins. Obviously, I couldn’t possibly sell it without quality control….and it’s delightful! Very soft and delicate, with a lovely thin crust. The dough is enriched, and the layers are cinnamon sugar.
We kind of wouldn’t mind if some came home…or I will make some more!
