Kingdom of Sweets

This morning, we met our friends L and P at Mottisfont Abbey, NT property near Romsey, where there was a rather wonderful Nutcracker Christmas experience in the House. The rooms were decorated  to represent scenes from the Nutcracker ballet story. This is the Kingdom of Sweets. Afterwards, we took a short walk in the grounds by the river Test, and then we all came back to our house for lunch and to catch up on one another's news.
