Eyelashes!

Summer has deserted us temporarily and I found myself in long pants and a jumper for our brisker-than-of-late walk today. 

14C max.

Bean has been buried under any piles of blankets she can find, and is currently curled up in Best Blanket Ever on MY armchair in the study while I do some adminny things.

Soon we will both venture outside to pick raspberries and strawberries. Bean certainly won't mind forgoing her blankets if there's a chance of fresh fruit...

I was in the garden at G's again this morning (there is heaps to do there, as there is here), and since then it has been a matter of doing the daily tasks, watering according to the schedule, and keeping warm. A day of little note, for which I am grateful.
