In the 13 years since the account opened,  this is now the 4th different branch the account has been shifted to, following the steady closure of RBS branches. Was a time when there were dozens within a ten mile radius. ( I know, I used to organise their internal mail in the late 90s)

They still give Loki biscuits,though.
